- Domestic SMS is **credit-based**; per-credit price decreases with volume.
- New accounts get **100 free SMS welcome credits** automatically.
- **Undelivered SMS is not billed** — only delivered messages deduct from credit (`get-report.delivered` × per-message price).
- International SMS is billed in **TRY balance** (not credits); per-destination pricing.
- Test sends with `APITEST` are not billed.

## Regulation (Turkey)

- **Recipients per send:** A single API call accepts 100,000+ recipients.
- **Cancellation:** Only future-scheduled orders not yet dispatched can be cancelled (`cancel-order`).
- **Phone off:** Carriers retain SMS for 24–72 hours; if not delivered, message is not billed.
